POSTAL SERVICES  

Culina Domus ensures delivery, in Canada only, of all its products through various postal companies, including Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, and FedEx.

Once your order is validated, Culina Domus prepares your order with the utmost care. Each item is carefully packaged in a box, which ensures that you will receive your bottles exactly as if you were going to pick it up at a grocery store.

Orders placed on our online shop are processed within 3 business days. We ship by parcel post, please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive.

You agree to pay the shipping and handling charges posted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling costs from time to time. However before you make your purchase you will always be aware of the fees you will have to pay before finalizing your order.

Fixed shipping fees :

• $10.00 for Quebec.
• $16.00 for Ontario.
• $ 20.00 for Maritime
• $ 25.00 for other provinces and territories of Canada.
• Free delivery with a purchase of $60 or more for Quebec.
• Free delivery with a purchase of $80 or more for Ontario.
• Free delivery with a purchase of $100 or more for Maritime (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island).

The prices on our website are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Culina Domus reserves the right to change the price of the products offered on its website without notice. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue a product, without notice.

All our products are subject to their availability and we reserve the right to impose a limit or maximum quantity per order and this on any order.

Some products may only be ordered online through our website. Some products may be available in limited quantities.

We do our best to ensure that the products on our website represent the physical colours and appearance of the products as closely as possible. We cannot guarantee the display on your monitors.

Because they are natural, our products can vary from one harvest/lot to another. All of our products have been approved and tested by our quality team to ensure that the best ingredients are used.

Payment on our website is made through a Shopify's secure online payment solution.

By using a credit card you warrant that you are authorized to use that method of payment and that you authorize our secure online payment solution to charge the full amount of the order, including the amount of your purchase as well as delivery charges (if applicable), taxes and other charges.
