We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase from the Culina Domus online store for any reason, please contact us immediately. 

To start a return, you can contact us directly at info@culinadomus.com.

 

We will accept the return of any unused product within 14 days. In the event of damage, we may request photographs for insurance purposes. 

Upon receipt of the returned item or proof of a damaged item, Culina Domus may offer either a full refund, product replacement, or online credit, depending on customer preference (excluding shipping as we are not able to refund the original shipping cost of your order).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return request to be processed.

Culina Domus will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were received or may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee.


We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable postal service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of return delivery received.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will notify you of its condition and dispose of it accordingly. All goods will be inspected on return.

Our goal is to provide you with products you'll love while providing exceptional customer service. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
