- 4 oz seared tuna
- 1/4 cup corn
- 3 tablespoons black beans
- Red & yellow pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce
- Red onion (to taste)
- 5 halved cherry tomatoes
- Shallots to garnish
- Culina Domus Roasted Garlic Balsamic
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare your bowl with rice in center. Start placing the rest of the ingredients around the rice. Place tuna in the center, add Culina Domus Roasted Garlic Balsamic and garnish with shallots. Bon Appétit!
