This delicious meal comes together fast and easy for a busy week night dinner!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 red pepper (cut into matchsticks)
- 1 yellow and/or green pepper (cut into matchsticks)
- 1 onion (red or yellow) (sliced into half-rounds)
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 chopped green onion (for serving)
- 1 tomato diced ( for serving)
- 8 oz Philly steak or sirloin finely sliced
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup Culina Domus Roasted Garlic Balsamic
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef until browned ( around 2-4 minutes) . Remove beef from pan.
Add in garlic and all the vegetables and saute for 2 minutes. (Do NOT add green onion and diced tomato). Stir beef into vegetables and cook until tender about 1 minute. Stir in Culina Domus Roasted Garlic and then remove from heat.
Serve hot alone or on a bed of rice, and topped with chopped green onions and diced tomatoes and drizzled with Culina Domus Roasted Garlic. Enjoy!
