- 1 cup cooked rice of your choice
- 4 oz of sliced cooked chicken breast
- 1/4 cup canned corn
- 3 tablespoons black beans
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 5 pitted black kalamata olives
- 5 halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup of baby spinach Shallots for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Place your cooked rice in the center of the bowl. Place your ingredients around the rice, your chicken in the center and drizzle Culina Domus sauce. Garnish with shallots and enjoy!
